Where our products are made to customers specific requirements they cannot be returned or exchanged once ordered.

Each browband comes with a 1 year guarantee and can be repaired or replaced if any damage occurs due to manufacturing defect. Please see our Repairs policy for repairs to accidental damage on items.

If the item that is faulty is discontinued, customers can exchange for a different item of the same value or a refund can be given. Any refund will be for the actual purchase price only, not including postage and is for the price the customer paid for it if payment was made when there was an offer on or if a voucher was used.

Items that are not made to order can be exchanged for a different size if not a sufficient fit and have not been used.  The customer must cover return postage and the additional postage for the new item to be sent to the customer if applicable.

Also, please note, if the item is purchased as a gift, the person receiving the gift cannot receive a refund if the item is not suited, the original purchaser must request a refund or exchange, if appropriate; this is to prevent fraud.

E-Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions

Value range 

The Equi-Jewel by Emily Galtry E-Gift Vouchers are available to buy in Pound Sterling in set values, or if you would like to specify a specific amount please contact us. They are redeemable online, over the phone and on our stand, when we are out and about.

Redemption

  • The Equi-Jewel by Emily Galtry E-Gift Voucher(s) can be sent and received on the same day and will be emailed directly to your recipient’s email address, with a personal message from you.  
  • They may be used to purchase items of a higher price than the amount on the E-Gift Voucher(s), on payment of the difference.
  • Multiple E-Gift Vouchers can be used in one transaction. There is no limit of E-Gift Vouchers per one transaction.
  • They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy another E-Gift Voucher. There are no limitations on how many times an E-Gift Voucher can be used (until the balance is £0.00).
  • If any item purchased with an E-Gift Voucher is subsequently refunded, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the E-Gift Voucher.
  • If you do not spend the entire balance on the E-Gift Voucher, the remaining balance will be updated after every transaction.
  • Our E-Gift Vouchers are valid for the period which is the later of 12 months from:
  • The date the recipient receives the E-Gift Voucher by email, or
  • The date of the incurred refund
  • Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.

Balance enquiries can be obtained by email once the E-Gift Voucher has been used to purchase an item with Equi-Jewel by Emily Galtry, in store or by calling us.Please note, the Equi-Jewel by Emily Galtry cannot be treated as cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards. 

Equi-Jewel by Emily Galtry shall not be liable or responsible for E-Gift Vouchers that are unable to be delivered due to your error (for example, typing errors, misspelt or incorrect email addresses), spam filters, firewalls or mailbox restrictions.

Cancellation of E-Gift Vouchers

  • They cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights. 
  • Under the Regulations, (as outlined above), if you are contracting with us as a consumer online, by phone or in-store, you have the right to cancel all or part of your order for an E-Gift Vouchers at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you place your order, provided none of the balance has been spent. Further details are set out above. Please note that if you cancel an E-Gift Vouchers you will not be required to return the electronic confirmation of the E-Gift Voucher to Equi-Jewel by Emily Galtry.

E-Gift Vouchers purchased Internationally

Please note the E-Gift Vouchers purchased internationally will not be converted into other currencies. The Equi-Jewel by Emily Galtry E-Gift Vouchers are only available to buy in Pound Sterling.  

Changes to the Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Equi-Jewel by Emily Galtry reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of E-Gift Vouchers  at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the E-Gift Vouchers, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.
